Notice of Clinic Closure Update

Dear Patients,

Dr Rezaei will be relocating to a separate clinic as of December 2025. There will be more detail to come on her new office location.

 

We have shared more details, including next steps for patients, in an email sent out on August 27, 2025. Please refer to that email for full information about these changes and what they mean for your care. Please check spam/junk folder.

As of December 1, 2025, Dr. Ahmadi and Dr. Soltani will be operating from our new location:

📍 Suite 104 – 1168 The High Street, Coquitlam, BC V3B 0C6
You can find us easily using Google Maps.

Our current location at 2755 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitlam, will be unavailable for in-person appointments from Nov 24th-Nov 28th in preparation for the move. All telephone appointments will resume as normal.

All appointments and services will continue as usual at the new address starting December 1, 2025.
